As a celebration of Howes Percival Solicitors 25th anniversary, Mrs Denston and Justine Flack, a partner at the company, set up an art competition titled ‘My Leicester’ in which a handful of our students participated 🎨
The shortlisted students, from local secondary schools, were invited to join Justine at the Graffwerk Studios to take part in an exclusive graffiti workshop. This was thoroughly enjoyed by all who were able to attend!
Well done to Mina, Cole, Lilia and Erin, who were all awarded prizes for their artwork in the KS3 category 🏆 In addition, Brooke, who couldn’t attend, was awarded the winner in the KS4 category and was presented her prize and certificate by Mrs Miller 👏
Mrs Denston also accepted a certificate and prize of £500 for art-based activities, in acknowledgment of the quality of entries from Countesthorpe Academy – well done everyone!
