The Vegan Cookery Course has a new date - Saturday 23rd June 2018!
Decided to eat less meat, there’s a vegan in the family or you’ve taken the plunge to become a vegan! Whatever the reason, this short introduction to vegan cooking will give you more confidence in preparing delicious and hearty plant based food.
The menu will consist of:
STARTER – Waldorf Salad with Homemade Vegan Mayo
MAIN – Roast Veg & Chickpea Tagine with Bulgar (or Quinoa for GF alternative)
DESSERT – Chocolate Orange Mousse
All recipes are printed out for you with the required ingredients, which will be provided on the day at a cost of £3. The course will cost £40.
