Today we welcomed Year 5 students from Greenfield Primary School into our academy for a Christmas Bake Off 🎄🍪
Students from Greenfield were invited to attend a special day of fun activities organised by Mrs Rose (what a superstar⭐). During the day they had the chance to make, bake and decorate Christmas themed cookies and even design the packaging for their finished treats!
Our Headteacher, Mrs Aitcheson, came along and said, “It’s fantastic to see so many students from Greenfield visiting the Academy, the activities today provide an excellent demonstration of the enriched learning that LiFE is so passionate about.”
Everyone has had a brilliant day and we hope that when the children come home there are still some cookies left to sample!
Blaby Stokes and Thistly Meadow Primary School are also visiting us this week, so keep an eye out for pictures in the coming days!
