We are writing to you with regard to the transport currently provided by the College, as outlined last year we said we would review this policy during the course of this year. It is with regret that we have to inform you that we are financially unable to continue to provide this service free of charge from the academic year 2017/18 onwards.
Confidence buses will continue to provide a closed contract service for Countesthorpe Leysland Community College. This means that only students enrolled at the College can travel on these buses. Routes to the College, which Confidence operates currently are available to view on both the College website and the Confidence website (www.confidencebus.co.uk).
Details on the types of tickets and payment plans available can also be found on the Confidence website or by calling Confidence directly on 0116 276 2171. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
