Wellbeing Walk for Mental Health Week

Last week our Wellbeing Ambassadors arranged and guided a ‘Wellbeing Walk’ to mark national Mental Health Week.

The walk focused on mindfulness and taking pleasure in the beauty of nature around the academy grounds, resulting in a collage of flowers, plants and nature for our wellbeing display.

It was a truly beautiful morning, with the sun streaming down and trees in full bloom, and the students thought it was the perfect way to slow the hectic pace of life to take in the beauty of our lovely site.
