Yesterday morning Countesthorpe Academy Careers Team welcomed 24 employers to the Academy to conduct Mock Interviews with the whole cohort of Yr11 students. The employers commented on students’ positive attitudes and enjoyed taking part in aspirational conversations with our young people.
It was fantastic to see our students making a great impression on their employer interviewer, beginning the interview with some nerves, then leaving with a huge smile and being immensely proud of their achievement! ⭐
