Well done to our Year 9 boys football team who continued their winning run on Tuesday 3rd October v Kibworth ⚽
The first half was tight, with Kibworth having the wind behind them. The team had to battle hard to keep in the game, with Alex producing two great saves towards the end of the half to keep the score 0-0.
The second half performance was emphatic, with Kibworth barely threatening our goal. Keelan (2) and Jack (2) were the Countesthorpe goal scorers, and the goal of the match was the fourth goal, scored on the volley by Jack after a delightful long through ball from his own half by Keelan.
